Disease Investigation
The Oregon Health Authority has contracted with HIV Alliance to provide prevention and care services to Curry County residents at risk for or diagnosed with:
• Tuberculosis (TB)
• HIV
• Syphilis
• Gonorrhea
• Chlamydia
Under the direction of the Oregon Health Authority, HIV Alliance is providing:
• Case investigation per Oregon Disease Investigative Guidelines
• Contact investigation and partner services
• Case management
• Linkage to care and access to supportive services
• Directly observed therapy (DOT) for TB
• Data collection and entry of data in Orpheus, an integrated electronic disease surveillance system used to manage communicable disease reports
