Vince is a native of Ohio and graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Vince is a HIV positive gay man and involved the Eugene Gay and HIV+ Community. Vince has worked a number of positions for Symantec, Veritas, Henry Schein and Arctera in Oregon, Washington DC, and South Carolina.

Vince and his partner of 30+ years, Brian Haimbach, moved to Oregon in 2012. Vince is passionate about promoting self-acceptance and sex positivity within the LGBTQ+ and HIV+ community. When he is not out with the bears, Vince enjoys mountain bike riding, lifting weights and traveling. Vince and Brian also have a dog named Wilson.
