STI Testing
Get Tested, Stay Informed
Our STI testing services provide comprehensive screening for a range of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, Hepatitis C, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. We offer confidential and compassionate testing with rapid results available, along with counseling and education on safer sex practices, risk reduction strategies, and treatment options.
HIV Support
Compassionate HIV Prevention & Treatment Services
Our HIV prevention and treatment services aim to empower individuals to protect themselves and others from HIV transmission. We offer prevention education, safer sex supplies, information about PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) and help to determine if you are a good candidate. We also support individuals living with HIV.
Hepatitis C Support
Care Services for Hepatitis C
Our Hepatitis C services offer testing, diagnosis, and treatment options for individuals living with Hepatitis C. We provide antiviral therapy, community health programs, medication management, and supportive care to help individuals manage their condition effectively and promote overall wellness.
Harm Reduction Services
Reducing Harm, Saving Lives
Our harm reduction services are designed to reduce the harm associated with substance use and prevent the spread of bloodborne infections. We offer needle exchange programs, syringe service programs, and overdose prevention initiatives, along with naloxone distribution and training to reverse opioid overdoses.
Behavioral Health
Supporting Mental Wellness
Our Behavioral Health program supports individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and provides culturally responsive services to the greater LGBTQIA+ communities. We offer culturally sensitive care, along with peer support networks and empowerment programs to promote resilience and self-care.

Knowledge is Power
Our education and resources initiatives aim to empower individuals with knowledge and information to make informed decisions about their health. We offer educational workshops, trainings, and resources on HIV, Hepatitis C, STIs, harm reduction, and community wellness.
Community Wellness
Building Healthier Communities
The Alliance for Community Wellness focuses on building healthier communities through behavioral and medical care, supportive housing, medication assisted treatment, street outreach, and other services.
Syringe Exchange
HIV Alliance’s Needle Exchange
The program works to keep sterile syringes accessible so that those who inject drugs or hormones do not feel a need to share their syringes and risk becoming infected with HIV, HCV, or another blood borne disease.
