Located in it&#8217;s new permanent home at <strong>1590 Willamette St in Eugene, Oregon<\/strong>, the community center operates as a shared space with community partners like TransPonder, Transition Health, and Eugene\/Springfield Pride. Together we offer a range of services including: gender-affirming hormone injection supply program, rapid HIV, hepatitis C, and syphilis testing, Narcan supply and training, distribution of safer sex supplies, PrEP navigation services, access to gender-affirming products, a food pantry, resources navigation, peer support, and substance use counseling.
