Known for his patient and meticulous nature, Nick takes the time to answer every question and tailor each transaction to meet the unique needs of his clients.<\/p>\n
Beyond his professional life, Nick is deeply committed to community service. As the Vice President of Eugene PRIDE and vendor\/site coordinator for the annual PRIDE in the Park event, he plays a pivotal role in organizing one of the region\u2019s largest celebrations of LGBTQ+ inclusion and diversity. This event attracts thousands of attendees and hundreds of vendors annually. Nick also serves as a board member for HIV Alliance, advocating for health equity, and Transition Health, promoting accessible healthcare solutions.<\/p>\n
Nick\u2019s leadership is guided by his core values of empathy, authenticity, and service. His real estate and community roles are driven by a desire to make a positive impact, whether by helping clients achieve homeownership or creating safe and welcoming spaces for everyone.<\/p>\n
In his personal time, Nick enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with his husband, two dogs, and their close-knit group of friends and family. As a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and community well-being, Nick strives to create a more inclusive and vibrant future for all.<\/p>\n
