HIV Alliance and Your Privacy

We put together a Privacy Notice because we think it can be hard to get a clear picture of what your rights are as a client of HIV Alliance, and in turn what we at HIV Alliance are responsible for as your community health resource. Protecting our clients’ privacy is one of the biggest responsibilities we have at HIV Alliance, and we take this seriously. You can read the updated privacy notice here: HIVA Privacy Notice_06022016

In addition, we provide our staff with extensive and ongoing training on regulations surrounding client confidentiality (including HIPAA). We have several systems of communication within our agency that allow us to ensure the privacy our clients is protected and on a need-to-know basis. If you have any questions regarding the steps we take to protect your privacy, please do not hesitate to call 541 342 5088.
